Returns Policy

​All Watercolour pieces are created in small runs, and some releases made to order. For this reason, we’re not able to offer refunds for change of mind.​ If your piece doesn’t fit, we can organise a size exchange or provide store credit, depending on what we have available.

 

Once your order has been sent, we can’t make adjustments or alterations.

Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery. Any item sent back must be in its original state -  unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags still attached.

​Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, and original postage fees can’t be refunded.
