By visiting or purchasing from Watercolour, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or territory.

3. Product Information and Availability

We aim to make all product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurate as possible. However, variations can occur—especially in colour and texture—due to screens, lighting, and natural differences between garments.

Availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion.
If your order is affected, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

4. Pricing, Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.

Prices exclude shipping fees, taxes, and any additional charges shown at checkout.

We accept major payment methods presented during checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise Watercolour to charge your selected payment method for the total amount.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order—including those that appear to be placed by automated systems, bots, or suspicious accounts.
If an order is changed or cancelled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and contact information for all orders.

If a pricing or checkout error occurs, we may cancel or correct the order and contact you with next steps.

5. Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and courier.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but Watercolour is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact hello@watercolour.life for assistance.

6. Returns & Exchanges

As a small garment project with limited resources, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the fit is not as expected.
In these cases, you may request an exchange for another size, excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns are only offered for faulty or incorrect items.
If you believe your item is faulty, email hello@watercolour.life with photos and order details so we can review your case.

7. Third-Party Services & Tools

Our Site may provide access to third-party tools, integrations, or links (such as payment gateways, embedded media, or external resources) over which we have no control.
